Sleep is so important for many reasons and plays a crucial role in good health and well-being throughout your life. A good night's sleep improves the perfomance of your brain, your mood and your physical and mental health.
This Yoga class works with slow, smooth, steady and soothing movement, using the breath to settle the mind, unwind the stressed out nervous system and reduce our feelings of overwhelm, stress, anxiety and trauma. Use your body and breath to hack into your relaxation response and go to bed knowing that tonight you will sleep deeply and wake refreshed, renewed and invigorated!
