SOMATIC YOGA TUESDAYS - 7.30PM

This month Kim will be exploring Somatic Yoga in her Tuesday evening classes. Somatic Yoga is practised slowly and mind fully and can improve posture, mobility, strength, balance, coordination and proprioception. It can reduce neuromuscular pain and symptoms related to chronically tight muscles such as headaches, frozen shoulder and breathing issues. It has been found to mitigate symptoms of anxiety, depression, sleeping issues and fatigue.
